What you'll do

• Oversee daily location operations, scheduling, inventory, equipment maintenance, and logistics
• hire, train, and manage staff
• develop plans for sales growth, customer service, and operational efficiency
• collaborate with marketing specialists on crop protection, nutrient management, seed recommendations, and energy products
• ensure safety and environmental compliance and maintain records
• manage the location budget and financial performance
• build relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community.
