What you'll do

• Assist guests entering events by collecting or scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing guest traffic
• welcome guests and provide information or directions
• conduct bag searches, hand-wand or metal-detector screenings, and ID verification
• prevent prohibited items from entering and enforce event policies
• monitor VIP and restricted areas
• respond to crowd-control issues, investigate incidents, complete incident reports, and report suspected policy violations to command or a supervisor
• follow venue and event procedures.
