What you'll do

• Oversee mitigation and emergency service operations
• supervise and develop technicians
• coordinate schedules and dispatch
• inspect job sites and manage scopes
• prepare and review estimates
• support water extraction, structural drying, containment, demolition, and remediation
• maintain job documentation and safety standards
• participate in emergency on-call rotations
• travel statewide as needed.
