Licensed Mental Health Counselor

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor role is hybrid in Memphis, TN, with at least one work-from-home day per week and a Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
• conduct clinical assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations
• develop individualized treatment plans
• support clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, emotional regulation, and life stressors
• maintain confidential clinical documentation
• collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and community partners.
