• Lead home care unit operations and interdisciplinary care delivery
• supervise staff and manage productivity, hiring, engagement, evaluations, and development
• monitor patient schedules, documentation, admissions, care plans, and outcomes
• ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance
• coordinate communication among the agency, staff, physicians, and other entities
• manage resources, cost controls, and growth initiatives.
