What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures and healthcare facility policies
• conduct unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• respond to incidents and disturbances
• monitor access points and report hazards or security concerns
• document patrols, incidents, and observations
• communicate relevant information to leadership and site representatives.
