What you'll do

• Capture reservations from incoming calls and coordinate reservation details
• communicate room types, pricing and availability
• complete reservation forms and maintain records
• run daily department reports
• answer inquiries by phone and email
• confirm or guarantee reservations and clear waitlisted bookings
• greet guests professionally
• handle complaints and inquiries according to resort policies.
