The Cook position is onsite at Stephen M. Morris Behavioral Health Center in Concord, NC. Pay is $18.50 per hour. Culinary Services Group provides food service management to behavioral health, hospital, and senior care communities. The Cook prepares and serves food to established standards, supporting reliable meal service and a clean, safe kitchen. The role also contributes to production planning, supply handling, and coordinated kitchen operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare food using standardized recipes and instructions
• serve or prepare meals for delivery with correct portions, temperatures, and presentation
• follow ticket procedures and maintain service records
• clean the kitchen and store or discard food safely
• maintain refrigerators and storerooms
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, record keeping, ordering, and receiving
• report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents
• follow HACCP and safety procedures.
