What you'll do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment
• prioritize and complete work orders within 48 hours
• perform basic HVAC, electrical, carpentry, fixture, plumbing, appliance, and window repairs
• conduct preventive inspections
• prepare vacant units
• coordinate with vendors
• maintain tools and supplies
• provide scheduled on-call emergency maintenance
• assist with training new technicians.
