What you'll do

• Manage assigned commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout and warranty
• create and update schedules
• coordinate materials, subcontractors, and suppliers
• review specifications, drawings, and contracts
• manage billings, receivables, financial records, and productivity reports
• communicate with clients and vendors
• oversee project staff and site safety
• resolve owner issues
• support and mentor the superintendent
• share weekend coverage when required
• manage closeout, punch lists, warranty work, manuals, and documentation
• administer project meetings and related duties.
