What you'll do

• Maintain site operations and property cleanliness

• train associates, leads, and assistant managers
• create schedules and assign responsibilities
• set financial goals and sales targets
• open and close the site
• perform minor equipment repairs as trained
• promote the Unlimited Wash Club
• monitor labor and preventive maintenance
• complete reports
• troubleshoot chemicals
• load vehicles safely
• manage site performance.
