What you'll do

• Lead departmental functions for Labor and Delivery
• develop cost-effective systems responsive to business trends, resources, and patient needs
• manage fiscal and human-resource allocation
• build working relationships with patients, physicians, staff, and vendors
• develop the service plan of care based on registered nurse assessment and reassessment
• maintain competence as an L&D staff nurse to step in when needed.
