Compensation is $0 per hour. The Restaurant Crew Member role is an onsite position located in Kutztown, PA. 50/hour, with additional premiums for overnight shifts and performance-based certifications, supporting the Wonder culinary team in delivering high-quality meals. This role exists to ensure the seamless operation of our restaurant by preparing menu items to exact standards, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and providing exceptional hospitality to every guest. You will contribute to our mission of making world-class food accessible by mastering multiple kitchen and service stations while supporting your teammates in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards
• maintain kitchen and dining area sanitation
• manage inventory and stock stations
• follow food safety and HACCP guidelines
• greet guests and assist with orders and payments
• support meal-kit and delivery operations
• participate in local marketing activities
• support teammates and perform additional duties as assigned.
