What you'll do

• Prepare and plate tapas-style dishes
• execute orders during lunch and dinner service
• work with the chef and back-of-house team
• assist with food preparation, station setup, and kitchen organization
• monitor food quality, freshness, and portions
• maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen
• assist with inventory, ordering, dating, and stock rotation
• communicate with front-of-house staff
• contribute ideas to menu execution and kitchen operations.
