The Program Manager, Drug Delivery Device Development role is onsite in Chicago, IL. Compensation is $115,000–$145,000 per year. Nemera develops and manufactures drug delivery systems intended to support patient treatment and adherence. The role coordinates multidisciplinary development programs from quotation through process validation and design freeze, keeping quality, cost, timing, and risk targets on track. It provides program leadership across teams and sites so development work advances in alignment with customer and business needs.

• Lead customer communications with the key account manager
• coordinate program teams and multiple programs from request for quotation through process validation and design freeze
• manage risks and action plans
• present status at governance meetings
• create plans and track progress and expenses
• coordinate financial tracking
• participate in technical decisions and supplier selection.
