What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, continence care, walking, and transfers
• administer medications in accordance with training, nurse delegation, facility requirements, and company procedures
• assist with meals
• provide light housekeeping, companionship, and emotional support
• respond to resident needs and call lights
• observe and report changes or concerns
• follow care plans and clinical direction
• communicate with residents, families, facility staff, and team members.
