What you'll do
- Lead and support RNs, LPNs, and HHAs
- review OASIS assessments, plans of care, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
- perform quality assurance reviews of clinical documentation and visits
- monitor LPN supervisory visits
- educate patients, families, and caregivers
- monitor and report infections to the QAPI team
- perform skilled nursing field visits as needed for staffing shortages and emergency visits or admissions
- support RN supervisors with assessments and compliance
- train new clinical staff and conduct competencies
- assist with audits and surveys
- update clinical policies and procedures
- maintain confidentiality.
