What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients by cutting, chopping, peeling, sorting, and washing
• cook and present menu items using specified techniques and recipes
• wash dishes, pots, pans, and trays
• sweep and mop floors
• empty trash
• clean kitchen equipment and utensils
• monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures
• transfer supplies
• monitor inventory
• follow public health regulations and company procedures.
