What you'll do

• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, requests for quotation, contract negotiations, and cost-reduction programs
• develop commodity strategies aligned with business objectives and savings targets
• negotiate pricing and commercial terms
• assess supplier capabilities, performance, and risks
• manage procurement from sourcing through contract execution and delivery
• analyze market trends, cost drivers, and quotations
• identify North American localization opportunities
• support annual price negotiations and business planning
• resolve supplier escalations with cross-functional teams
• maintain supplier relationships
• guide junior buyers as applicable
• participate in global commodity initiatives, including potential international collaboration or travel.
