What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity and verify credentials
• report access concerns and policy violations
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• document observations and complete incident reports.
