The attorney represents developers, investors, lenders, private equity sponsors, and other institutional clients in commercial real estate transactions, handling matters from drafting and negotiation through due diligence and closing.

What you'll do

• Handle commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing transactions
• draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents, leases, and related documents
• manage due diligence, title and survey review, and transaction closings
• work directly with clients and assume significant responsibility.
