What you'll do

• Manage, train, monitor, and coach team members, crew members, carhops, and skating carhops
• assign employees to meet food-service standards
• monitor compliance with policies and practices
• perform opening or closing duties
• adjust staffing and inventory levels and monitor food costs
• complete weekly inventory as needed
• maintain files and required documentation
• respond to guest requests and assist with complaints.
