What you'll do

• Schedule appointments and walk-ins for PIV activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets
• answer credential and access-control inquiries
• verify applicant identities and documents
• collect and document personal and biometric information
• protect sensitive data
• maintain enrollment records and tracking spreadsheets
• explain processes to applicants and address concerns
• attend local hiring events 3–4 times monthly
• travel domestically 50–75%.
