What you'll do

• Manage construction projects from planning through closeout
• coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, owners, and stakeholders
• develop budgets and schedules
• manage buyouts, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
• conduct site visits and inspections
• support safety and quality control
• oversee punch lists, final payments, manuals, warranties, and warranty claims.
