What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve customer technical problems
• support product startup, warranty service, and billable repairs
• inspect findings and recommend corrective actions
• coordinate repairs with engineering and customer service
• provide commissioning and customer training
• quote jobs when applicable
• perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic service
• document troubleshooting and repairs
• assist with sales, field service, and warranty issues.
