What you'll do

• Coordinate with external organizations to resolve network and infrastructure issues
• select IT products and components
• design architectures and procedures
• contribute to technical proposals
• install and customize hardware and software
• manage and monitor networks
• troubleshoot systems and peripherals
• conduct site surveys
• validate testing and quality assurance
• translate conceptual designs into technical specifications
• maintain and upgrade infrastructure hardware, software, and firmware
• support hardware repair and reverse-engineering efforts.
