The Administrator in Training (AIT) role is onsite at Whitestone Care Center in Stroudsburg, PA; starting pay is $20.00 per hour. What you'll do

• Participate in hands-on training and development
• rotate through facility departments and duties
• learn facility relationships with outside parties and government agencies
• study regulations and requirements for skilled nursing operations
• develop leadership, management, fiscal accounting, risk management, and compliance knowledge
• attend company training as required.
