Bilingual 2nd Shift Night Manager – Part-Time

The Bilingual 2nd Shift Night Manager role is onsite and field-based in Nashville, TN, with visits to client locations; the schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5:30 PM–2:30 AM, for 27 hours per week. What you'll do

• Build working relationships with clients, contractors, and in-house teams in English and Spanish
• communicate priorities and resolve service issues
• inspect facilities and review scopes of work
• coach contractors
• report client needs and concerns to the Facility Solutions Manager
• manage customer requests and complaints
• support new account launches
• recommend contractor assignments
• ensure compliance with client policies and procedures.
