What you'll do

• Manage customer credit balances, reconciliations, refunds, root-cause analysis, and aged-credit resolution
• support cash application, deductions, adjustments, write-offs, billing disputes, and account discrepancies
• oversee unclaimed-property and escheatment activities
• develop reporting and dashboards
• maintain policies and procedures
• support audits and training
• partner with in-market Accounts Receivable Leads.
