The Systems Engineer role is onsite at Allied Maker’s Glen Cove workshop in Glen Cove, NY. Compensation is $100,000–$130,000 annually. Allied Maker is a design and manufacturing studio creating made-to-order, artisan-crafted lighting fixtures. The engineer connects design, planning, and operations systems, improving workflows and automations across NetSuite, Autodesk Fusion, Wrike, and a custom warehouse management system. The role helps teams reduce manual handoffs, track targets and bottlenecks, and coordinate work from design through shipping.

What you'll do

• Administer NetSuite, Autodesk Fusion/Fusion Manage, and Wrike
• manage user access, permissions, licenses, and onboarding/offboarding
• maintain the custom WMS integration with NetSuite
• build and maintain integrations and automations
• translate operational workflows into system workflows and stage gates
• create dashboards and reports
• document configurations and changes
• manage releases
• train teams and provide Tier-2 support
• evaluate and implement tools, modules, and integrations.
