What you'll do

• Execute the integrated pest management program as assigned
• assist with improving pest-control programs to reduce plant damage and disposals
• monitor cultivation health in a controlled environment
• assist with pest assessments in flower rooms
• maintain and log forms
• assist with treatment applications, inoculations, and disease evaluations under the Cultivation Manager’s guidance
• maintain a clean and safe work environment
• participate in ongoing education and collaborate respectfully with team members.
