Personal Support Specialist — Part-Time

Job overview

The Personal Support Specialist role is part-time, with client homes throughout Southern Maine as the work locations; compensation is $19–$21 per hour. Excellence Home Care provides non-medical home care services to help clients remain safe and independent at home. The specialist assists clients with personal care and daily activities while following each client’s care plan. Companionship, basic documentation, and reporting changes in condition support clients’ comfort and independence.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• provide companionship and emotional support
• prepare simple meals and perform light housekeeping
• help with walking and mobility
• follow care plans
• complete basic documentation after visits
• and report changes in clients’ conditions.
