Commercial HVAC Project Manager

The Commercial HVAC Project Manager is an onsite role based in Bowling Green, KY, with compensation ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 per year. This position supports the commercial HVAC department at All Hours Mechanical LLC, a company dedicated to quality service and faith-based leadership. This role exists to lead and manage commercial HVAC projects from initial pricing through final completion. The Project Manager is responsible for estimating, coordinating, scheduling, and ensuring that all project execution meets high standards of quality and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.

• Develop project estimates, proposals, and budgets
• oversee project execution from start to finish
• coordinate with technicians and subcontractors
• provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
• build and maintain customer and vendor relationships
• monitor project performance and address risks
