What you'll do

• Ensure proper portions and special dietary requirements
• Obtain daily population counts
• Adhere to security policies
• Ensure storage areas are locked
• Ensure kitchen tools and equipment are secured
• Prepare work and sanitation schedules
• Conduct inventory
• Follow HACCP policies.
