What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to buildings and equipment
• monitor contractor renovation, remodeling, and replacement projects
• under supervision, maintain and repair HVAC, refrigerators, boilers, washers, dryers, and other equipment
• participate in painting, redecorating, carpentry, concrete, and masonry projects
• inspect fire-control equipment and sprinkler systems
• maintain facility safety logs and document monthly fire drills
• inspect grounds and perform lawn and trimming work
• and complete other assigned tasks.
