What you'll do

• Manage construction projects from planning through closeout and turnover
• develop project plans, estimates, budgets, schedules, and forecasts

• manage subcontractors, change orders, risks, claims, and documentation
• monitor quality and safety
• communicate with clients and stakeholders
• direct and develop project personnel
• support project closeout.
