What you'll do

• Monitor network and system health using remote monitoring and management tools
• troubleshoot and resolve client support requests involving networks, systems, applications, and servers
• log, categorize, prioritize, and diagnose incidents and service requests
• provide after-hours client support and escalate issues through on-call procedures
• support cloud and data center operations, inspections, and maintenance
• coordinate with engineers, data center operations, and vendors
• document service and change requests and work to defined service-level agreements.

Why this role

Primary schedule is 12 AM–8 AM Monday–Friday; must be able to cover alternate days, including holidays and weekends, up to 5% of the time. A technical degree and vendor certifications are preferred but not required.
