What you'll do

• Maintain assigned areas and equipment
• clean common areas and perform deep cleaning
• set up and maintain lobby and meeting-room functions
• deliver requested service items to guest rooms
• assist with luggage when required
• report safety, maintenance, and housekeeping concerns
• attend mandatory training
• follow cleaning, guest safety, lost-and-found, and guest-request procedures
• monitor supplies
• greet guests in public spaces.
