• Review drawings and specifications, prepare project estimates and quantity take-offs, price labor, materials, equipment and subcontractors, solicit and compare vendor bids, identify scope gaps and risks, participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits, prepare bid packages for project management, and mentor junior estimators as the role develops.
