What you'll do

• Support youth academic growth
• assist with curriculum and engaging lessons
• provide homework help, projects, and enrichment
• create an inclusive learning environment
• use positive behavioral strategies and follow Success Plans
• supervise youth and maintain safety
• track attendance and documentation
• communicate with families, teachers, staff, and the Education Coordinator
• guide assistant staff and attend required meetings.
