The Front Desk Agent works onsite in Steamboat Springs, CO. Pay is $21–$24 per hour. The agent handles front desk and concierge requests, check-in and check-out, reservations, billing, and arrival information. Knowledge of the property and local area, timely follow-up, and coordination with other departments help owners and guests enjoy their stays.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist owners, members, and guests
• answer calls and requests
• book activity, transportation, and dining reservations
• perform check-in and check-out
• prepare arrival and departure reports and packets
• verify billing and documentation
• maintain property and local-area knowledge
• coordinate requests across departments
• help maintain lobby and gathering areas.
