What you'll do

• Manage nursing staff, schedules, performance reviews, and corrective action

• make rounds to assess residents and staff performance
• maintain clean and sanitary care areas
• support quality-assurance action plans
• complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting
• provide direct nursing care as needed
• document care and complete admission, transfer, and discharge forms.
