What you'll do
- Develop individualized employment plans
- build relationships with employers and community partners
- identify job opportunities and match candidates to positions
- support placement, retention, and long-term success
- educate employers about disability inclusion and accommodations
- maintain knowledge of assistive technology and workplace supports
- review client information to guide planning
- conduct orientations and weekly one-on-one goal meetings
- participate in team planning
- complete required documentation.
