What you'll do

• Manage the Dietary Department and food production and service
• direct and assist with regular meals and therapeutic diets
• order food and supplies and maintain inventory records
• maintain sanitary areas and equipment
• coordinate with nursing home departments
• audit resident trays
• maintain standardized recipes and resident food preferences
• inspect for safety and sanitation
• assist with cleaning as needed.
