Residential Supervisor

The Residential Supervisor role is onsite in Dallastown, PA, on a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. AIMED Human Services supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, with a mission to break barriers to independence. The supervisor oversees residential direct-care staff and supports participants’ daily needs, community integration, personal care, and independence goals. The role also coordinates staffing, medication documentation, service-plan follow-through, and compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Support community integration, personal care, daily living skills, medication administration, and household tasks
• supervise residential direct-care staff and ensure shifts are covered
• document medication and participant progress
• report incidents
• attend ISP meetings and required training
• prepare for inspections
• and ensure staff follow applicable regulations and agency procedures.

Why this role

Minimum qualifications are an associate degree and/or one year of human-services supervisory experience, or a high school diploma with at least five years of relevant experience. The posting also requires age 21 or older, a valid driver’s license, medication administration certification, crisis intervention training, CPR and First Aid, and required clearances.
