What you'll do

• Lead maintenance technicians
• direct and coordinate machinery, building, and grounds maintenance and repairs
• control equipment and supply requisitions
• inspect completed work
• conduct lockout/tagout and arc-flash training and participate in accident investigations
• adjust work procedures and staffing to meet production schedules
• train and develop employees
• review timesheets and monthly financials
• contribute to department budgeting.
