What you'll do

• Safely set up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output
• troubleshoot routine equipment malfunctions
• coordinate production activities with supervisors, quality control personnel, and other operators
• maintain required records
• follow SOPs, GMPs, safety, sanitation, housekeeping, and conduct rules
• report food-safety concerns and unusual problems, delays, or safety issues
• participate in company food and plant safety training.
