What you'll do

• Develop adoption strategies and customer engagement models
• lead adoption planning from pilot through operational implementation
• establish customer testing, evaluation, and validation processes
• oversee training materials and documentation
• define adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction metrics
• manage help desk and support processes
• connect customers, technical teams, program teams, and leadership
• translate feedback into product and roadmap recommendations
• support demonstrations, proposals, and customer growth activities.
