Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Lihue, HI, with starting pay of $24–$25.50 per hour, depending on experience. What you'll do

• Determine customer needs and recommend products
• respond to inquiries about product selection, pricing, quotations, orders, delivery scheduling, complaints, and follow-up
• enter orders and pricing accurately
• schedule and coordinate deliveries
• use product and supply checklists
• recommend additional products and services when appropriate
• accept and apply customer payments
• follow up on deliveries
• maintain records
• collaborate with sales, warehouse, dispatch, and operations.
