What you'll do

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment
• remove trash and laundry bags
• separate trash, recycling, and cardboard
• clean floors, drains, walls, hoods, and equipment areas
• clean and return mats
• maintain inventory and assist with shipment stock
• respond to calls about trash, laundry, and spills
• perform minor dishwashing-machine maintenance checks and repairs
• communicate issues to supervisors
• follow health regulations, HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards.
